persuna: (Sam is bad)

I don't really have much to say, except THAT WAS AWESOME. :D :D :D I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the ep, even though Sam got even more soulless. Possibly this is because he got more hot, honest and, snarky while he was at it. It is kind of weirdly awesome when Sam and Dean are fighting it out every time they talk to someone else to be the bitchier one. Sam is totally winning. But mostly it's that, despite the soulessness and the memory of how hard life was before, Sam still wants to go back to feeling "things". By things, he totally means loving Dean. But I bet you all knew that. :D

I may also be eagerly anticipating the angst of Sam's soul returning from Hell to find out his body was raising it here, doing worse things than shooting through an innocent woman's head while she holds her son. The fact that Sam is making such a clear distinction between souled him and non souled him is good. I can enjoy soulless Sam with much greater ease when I am less worried about his actions reflecting on souled Sam, and the more they separate the two the less worried I am. Which means that, for at least an episode or two, I can watch cold and bitchy Sam without whining too much about having normal Sam back. Only an episode or two though!

Okay, one thing I didn't like- they just let Lucky go? Dude. He was a murderer. The boyfriend may have been skeevy (though still less skeevy than Lucky, the rapey Peeping Tom) but he did not deserve to die, and as far as I remember the landlord hadn't done anything except want his rent paid. He wasn't even killing under pressure from his pack! He was a lone renegade killer acting against orders! He quite possibly has a taste for human hearts! What the hell, Sam and Dean? That was not the proper application of mercy.

Anyway, that aside, I am going to go and rewatch Dean's face when Crowley burns Sam. Maybe that bit where he wakes up all sleepy and adorable. Oooh, and that whole Lucky interrogation scene, where Sam is all nonchalant about Hell and whistles and is all hot and self possessed.

Is it just me, or is Sam's hair is getting a little too long in the back?

At least Lucky didn't get the girl at the end. I would have really been put off by that. He was ick. Cute German Shephard or not, he killed people.

I loved Sam in this as well. His lines were hilarious, though Dean was right up there with him, though his barbs were mainly pointed in Sam's direction. "Dexter!"

Both of them are such a pleasure to watch and wow! Sam going in there shooting everything in sight, little boss dog first. Whoa.

Oh god, don't even say that. It would have been beyond creepy if Lucky got the girl.

I loved the Dexter line! And both boys generally, even if one is a little sociopathic right now. :D
